Reptile Permits – Important Information

Reptile ownership, sale, and transport within Australia are regulated under state and territory wildlife legislation. Permit and licensing requirements vary between jurisdictions and may depend on the species, licence category, and keeper experience.
It is a condition of purchase that the purchaser holds a valid and current reptile permit or licence issued by the relevant state or territory authority prior to purchase and prior to freight being arranged.

We do not provide legal advice and do not apply for permits on behalf of customers. Failure to obtain or maintain the required permits may result in order cancellation, shipment delays, forfeiture of animals, or penalties imposed by regulatory authorities. Any costs or losses arising from non-compliance remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
